SR. ASSOCIATE PRODUCER - PODCASTS
We are looking for a seasoned Podcast Producer who is passionate and enthusiastic about producing audio/video content, with experience primarily on podcasts, vodcasts, and social media promotion. We are seeking someone with strong pre-production skills, as well they will be working directly with talent to come up with show formats, segments and creative direction for WWE Podcasts. Must possess strong storytelling skills as well as audio editing/production experience.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate well with Senior Director and Senior Producer on show development through all phases of production (pre-through post production).
• Manage and guide a small team of Video Producers and Production Assistants through weekly podcast episode production.
• Must be able to confidently work with high level WWE talent on creative direction and production of their podcasts.
• Experience guest booking and long term management of a production calendar.
• Be willing to travel and work occasional weekends.
Qualifications
• Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in producing live or recorded audio content.
• Strong storytelling and editing skills.
• Non-linear editing and production experience with Digital Audio Workstations like Adobe Audition or ProTools is a plus.
• Extensive experience working on radio talk shows or podcasts is essential.
• Demonstrate ability to think creatively and very quickly.
• Excellent communicator.
• Self-motivated and eager to take an idea or task and run with it.
• Current WWE product knowledge is a plus.
• Must be a team player.
