The ?Security Analyst? plays a critical role in safeguarding WWE's Enterprise Technology assets. This role will report to the VP of Cybersecurity & Infrastructure and be responsible to monitor and protect data and systems from infiltration, exfiltration, and cyber-attacks. The successful candidate will have ?expertise in effective DLP techniques and Security Operations and Incident Response experience. The individual will have the ability work with our SOC to conduct security event analysis leveraging log sources and packet captures for event investigation. He/she should have working knowledge of Internet protocols, firewalls and ?cybersecurity technologies such as IDS/IPS, NAC, MFA and Privileged Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a SME for Data Loss Prevention and manage associated DLP technologies
• Respond to and investigate DLP violation notifications
• Perform investigation and escalation for security alerts, threats or incidents from endpoint or network protections and SOC escalations
• Administer, update and configure Infrastructure cybersecurity tools, including but not limited to McAfee Cloud/Skyhigh, Duo, Okta, BeyondTrust, Cylance and Forescout
• Mature and manage a cyber security incident response / event management program
• Actively streamline and simplify workflows and processes, leveraging automation for improved efficiency and efficacy where possible
• Monitor security industry breach notifications and vulnerability alerts; Identify emerging risks to WWE and escalate accordingly
• Follow standard best security practices and recommend security enhancements to management
• Create project plans, reporting, scheduling, and documentation
• Develop and maintain up to date cybersecurity related processes, policies and procedures through formal documentation and SOPs
• Participate in vulnerability management and patch management processes
• Define and provide meaningful monthly metrics for executive visibility into cybersecurity KPI's
Qualifications:
• 6 years of technical experience in Information/Cyber Security, System Administration, or Network Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in a security role.
• Bachelor/Masters degree in Cyber Security and/or industry recognized certifications
• Direct experience with DLP solutions including writing efficient regex expressions and policies
• Experience with two factor authentication management; CASB; vulnerability management
• Advanced event analysis leveraging log sources and packet captures
• Advanced incident investigation and response skill set
• Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, network layers, Ethernet, ARP, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of malware operation and indicators
• Scripting experience a plus (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Moderate to Advanced Knowledge of penetration testing techniques
• Knowledge or WIndows, Linux/Unix, IDS/IPS systems; Firewall and Proxy technology
• Moderate knowledge and experience with Cloud technologies (Amazon, Google Cloud)
• Moderate knowledge of audit requirements (SOX, GDPR, PCI, HIPAA)
• Strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Fact-based and data-driven decision maker
• Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry a plus
