Production Manager
WWE has an exciting opportunity to fill the role of Production Manager for our Global TV Production Team. The ideal candidate has prior experience and understanding of creating production budgets, executing production logistics, cash flow schedules, analyzing cost reports, and high-level coordination. He/She is hard-working, dedicated, detail-orientated, can work independently, and will take a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. This position will be working directly for the VP, TV Business Operations and will be mainly focused on our Third-Party Productions, but not limited to other ENG Productions, and Live Events.
Main Responsibilities:
• Partner with Producers and Executives to create production budgets
• Review and vet outside third party production budgets and provide budget notes
• Vet all outside third party cash flow payment schedules, review with executives, and relay approval to third party production company
• Generate internal WWE cash flow payment schedule based on licensing fees and share with applicable Network for approval and payment processing
• Liaison between Networks on all pertinent show information such as Production/Post Schedule and Calendars, Overages, etc.
• Execute new vendor onboarding, and process/code/track invoices to Accounts Payable
• Oversee and execute Principal Talent, Supporting, and Guest Cast payments
• Request, review, and upload all final documentation and assets
• Log and track all internal WWE costs to prepare for bill backs
• Generate final cost reports and final payment analysis
• Create partnerships with WWE Legal, Business, and Finance Teams on all production elements and updates
• Book ENG style shoots, call sheets, etc.
General Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of related experience in all levels of physical production; pre-production through final delivery
• Experience managing budgets and cost reports for productions
• Experience managing cash flow schedules
• Experience booking crews, rates, union rates, location needs, and tax incentives
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• The ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve team goals
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Must have experience with Entertainment Partners Applications (Movie Magic) and/or comparable Production Budgeting/Accounting applications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
