WWE is looking for a Production Coordinator to support our growing Global Live Events team. This role will be heavily involved in the travel logistics and support for our staff and crew working WWE’s weekly flagship shows. Successful candidates should have a background in production support, specifically events, can multitask, troubleshoot independently, work off hours, and be extraordinarily organized. This role will not directly book travel but will be the liaison between staff and crew and the WWE Travel department and Hotels properties.
Tasks:
• Understand production event touring logistics
• Create and maintain daily hotel room lists for an average of 175 people
• Handle travel changes in real time and effectively communicate updates
• Provide after-hours support for travel-related calls
• Act as a liaison with the WWE Travel Department
• Assist crew with call sheets and needed tasks
• Support other logistics such as transportation arrangements
• Keep detailed records of shows and assist with long-term planning
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in television production and/or events
• Experience handling travel logistics and/or crewing is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
• Experience with NuTravel, Concur, or other travel booking tools is a plus
• Must be highly organized and capable of handling complex planning
• May be required to travel to certain events
• Off-hours work will be required
