This role is based in WWE's Shanghai office

WWE is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic On-Air Talent/Digital Personality to work within WWE's industry-leading digital video department and serve as the face and voice for WWE Digital and Social in the region. You will present and help develop original content for our Mandarin speaking fans. This will be the first role of its kind in this market and will be very ''hands on'' - a creator's mentality is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as on-air host/talent for various digital and social video elements
• Act as on-air interviewer covering various WWE-related and non-related subject matters
• Create and write original news scripts
• Research subject matter on which reports are being
• Cooperate with Producer on developing concepts and content to support and continue WWE storylines, characters and brands
• Research and report on social-related subject matter
• Act as self-efficient producer when applicable

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• 3 years of direct experience as an on-air talent or interviewer for digital, social, or television; demo reel and work samples are required
• Experience developing original content for social and digital platform
• Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking including large personal presence on Chinese social platforms
• Proven track record of conducting oneself in a professional and respectable manner on and off air
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge about current and past WWE TV shows, products, talent, and storylines a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge and experience with various social platforms including but not limited to WeChat, Qzone, Tencent Video, Toutiao, Weibo, Youku, etc.
• Willing and able to travel and work weekends
