Full Time Job
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative support to the WWE Live Events team
• Manage Live Event business processes/systems to enhance communication and planning across the department and partnering business units
• Generate recurring internal reporting documents using Microsoft Office and proprietary software
• Coordinate meetings and calendar appointments across multiple offices/departments
• Liaise with Executive Administrators
• Process and manage invoices using internal software
• Organize department travel needs and expense reports as needed
• Draft LE Team emails including agendas, meeting notes, and presentations as needed
• Oversee multiple Outlook inboxes providing timely responses and updates
• Regularly audit LE creative, match cards and event details pages
• Handle and processes confidential information as needed
• Promptly address urgent, sensitive, and/or highly confidential matters relating to Live Events
• Manage shared documents though Google Drive
• Additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
• One year or more of Administrative Marketing and/or Live Event experience preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Very strong organizational and muli-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize urgent requests and meet deadlines
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• WWE product knowledge preferred
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
