Role Overview:
The Music Coordinator for WWE Music supports the Head of Music in managing administrative tasks, coordinating live events, and overseeing production-related responsibilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with sensitive information discreetly.

Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
- Manage the Head of Music's calendar, calls, travel, and industry outreach.
- Gather weekly program footage and fulfill ticket requests.
- Facilitate the flow of information across the team and internal departments.

• Live Events Coordination:
- Organize travel and hospitality for talent in WWE Music projects, including live performances.
- Act as an on-site liaison during events and assist with research and outreach for performances.

• Production Management:
- Maintain the talent and company music agenda across various projects.
- Communicate daily with the Head of Music and WWE Superstars.
- Assist with archival music searches and database organization.

• Operational Duties:
- Arrange travel, manage departmental expenses, process invoices and payments, and handle legal documentation.
- Organize files, assess risks for missing files, and manage databases.
- Monitor trends, review reports, and summarize information for management.

Reports To: Head of WWE Music

Qualifications:
