We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic WWE Music team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for excellence. This role requires the ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate intricate travel logistics, and provide seamless support in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Music.
• Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including hospitality and legal coordination for talent.
• Serve as an on-site liaison during live events, ensuring smooth communication between performers and WWE Music.
• Assist with calendar management, call scheduling, ticket requests, and weekly program footage gathering.
• Support live event planning, artist outreach, and performance logistics.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in a corporate office setting preferred; highly motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp team objectives and organizational structure.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a ''no task too small'' mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and seek out opportunities for improvement.
Preferred Experience:
• Background or strong interest in sports, media, or entertainment industries.
• Experience coordinating live events or working with talent is a plus.
• Familiarity with legal agreements and production administration is advantageous.
