This is a Full Time Job
Media Library Services Assistant
Temporary position assisting with media library services. Handle offsite storage, update inventory, create spreadsheets, monitor tapes. Must have a driver's license, strong organization and communication skills, and preferably a degree.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize all media tape storage
• Update inventory spreadsheets
• Review, evaluate and catalog old footage
• Locate tapes for producers on an as-needed basis
• Keep current with WWE programming, products, and services
Requirements:
• Work experience in a library a plus
• WWE product knowledge required
• Strong Google Doc and MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Able to learn systems quickly
• Able to lift 25-50lbs
• Team player who is willing to pitch in wherever help is needed
• Valid Driver's license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Communications, Library Science, or related degree a plus)
