Full Time Job
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for execution of marketing campaigns that are tailored for the WWE audience to promote WWE Studios films. This position will partner with other WWE departments to utilize the WWE's promotional platforms, as well as ensure internal alignment with other WWE marketing campaigns. Manager will also be responsible for marketing the ''WWE Studios'' brand, and liaising with major studios and other outside partners to maximize brand activation and release strategy. The role includes media planning, advertising, public relations, organizing events, social media, and research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement short and long-term domestic and international marketing plans for individual titles across WWE platforms (including Live Events, TV, Digital, and Social)
• Liaise with major studios and outside partners regarding brand activation and release strategy for co-productions and original content
• Help to create and execute marketing strategies that increase demand for and engage with consumers about the WWE Studios brand
• Liaise with marketing departments at distribution partners to ensure external and WWE specific campaigns align
• Assist in defining creative, PR, and promotional strategies for individual titles
• Manage production and gallery photography for titles on an as needed basis
• Handle talent appearances for film promotions on an as needed basis
• Develop and maintain relationships with key WWE departments to ensure every film takes advantage of all WWE promotional opportunities
• Plan and implement Studios & film related promotions at WWE and Film Industry events (e.g., WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and ComicCon)
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years marketing experience, including experience in the Film industry
• Able to write, develop, and execute successful marketing strategies and functional plans
• Experience in film or similar content marketing
• Experience in social media marketing
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
• Willing and able to travel as needed (approximately 10%)
• Knowledge of WWE product a plus
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Film, or related field of study
