Full Time Job
Based in WWE's Stamford, CT headquarters or New York, NY office, the Manager of Ad Ops will assist the Global Sales and Partnerships team in technology improvements, cross-functional support for campaign management, digital media planning capabilities, and sales, while ultimately growing digital yield and inventory efficiency. This professional will also manage digital vendor relationships and be responsible for partnering WWE with the best tools in the digital world. Candidate should thrive in an encouraging team environment that prizes collaboration, innovation, and self-starters in all roles.
Description:
• Improve and manage WWE's digital inventory and yield
• Collaborate on ad related opportunities and troubleshoot problems with the WWE product team
• Evaluate and improve programmatic methods of GSP Sales, to ensure team is using appropriate technology and approach
• Be the authority in Google Ad Manager and its relationship across other GSP used tools (ex: Boostr)
• Handle ad trafficking, deliveries, impressions, and reporting needs via systems and explore areas for data consolidation and efficiencies (ex: GAM, Sprinklr)
• Lead YouTube, and sell-thru/yield optimization on 3rd party platforms
• Provide pricing and CPM analysis for 3rd party digital inventory
Skills:
• Strong skills and experience with Google Ad Manager and similar third-party systems
• 3+ years' experience in yield management, ad operations, ad trafficking, delivery, and ad implementation
• Understanding of the ad ops industry and best vendors/tools
• Skilled in Digital web advertising
• Authority in 3rd party platform ad trafficking (DoubleVerify, MOAT, IAS, DCM, Innovid, etc.)
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• CPM and pricing analysis
