Full Time Job
Key Responsibilities:
• Work in support of Vice President of Global Real Estate & Facilities department in all aspects of building electrical functions, plumbing, Generator, UPS, HVAC services and manage providers
• Support the Facilities department daily operations, maintenance, constructions and planning functions
• 7/24/365 facilities support and management
• Liaise with local utilities, service contract managers, production technical support, capital improvement projects and bill processing and payment experience
Qualifications:
• 10 years of related experience; corporate headquarters experience mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of facilities support systems
• Strong HVAC, mechanical system design, integration and functionality
• Experience managing building management systems
• Strong understanding of plumbing services
• Very efficient in reading technical documents, plans schematics and specifics
• Distinguished record and strong background in all critical electrical systems such as: power generation and distribution, UPS, Transfer switch, Generators, power monitoring systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, and able to handle multiple critical tasks at the same time
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology
• General Real Estate knowledge preferred
