Full Time Job
The Live Events Booking Manager position will be based in Stamford, CT and will report directly to the Director, Live Event Touring. This role is responsible for assisting the Director, Live Event Touring in all routing, booking and contracts of events. Key responsibilities include venue availability outreach, managing the touring of WWE's brand NXT and venue contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with the Director, Live Event Touring on the booking and routing process of approximately 400 events throughout the US and Canada. This includes all PPV, Televised and non-televised events
• Manage the touring plan of WWE's brand NXT, which includes over 100 Florida Live Events and 60 out of state events a year
• Manage all Domestic and International venue contracts by working with WWE's internal legal department to ensure all proper paperwork and insurance are in place for each event
• Secure venue availability and track potential dates to ensure market frequency and accuracy
• Liaise with our International department to guarantee that all permits for live events are aligned
• Day to day management of the Internal Live Event System program to ensure accuracy of all events
• Help identity prospective new markets, venues and opportunities
• Distribute weekly building deals and promoter deals to marketing managers
• Provide input to help achieve departmental goals and company objectives
• Stay up to date on WWE programming, storylines, talent and products
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years' experience in Venue Management/Bookings
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to an ever-changing live events landscape
• Strong strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
