WWE – Learning & Development ManagerLearning & Development Responsibilities:
• In partnership with the Director, Learning & Development, design and implement WWE's yearly training curriculum
• Build relationships with existing and potential learning partners and vendors to maximize partnerships
• Facilitate high quality training sessions for employees (virtual and in-person)
• Manage compliance training administration and completion tracking to ensure all employees remain in compliance with respective training requirements
• Manage Workday Learning, WWE's learning management system. Includes: building courses, tracking attendance, leveraging new tools in the platform, designing custom reports, and analyzing trends in user engagement
• Manage training and coaching assessment processes, including DISC, StrengthsFinder, and 360 reviews
• Provide planning and execution support for internal learning engagements including materials prep, space reservations, etc.
• Draft communications and marketing materials for learning initiatives
New Employee Onboarding Responsibilities:
• Facilitate weekly new hire orientation for new employees
• Manage new hire onboarding experiences calendar
• Work in partnership with the Employee Engagement Coordinator to support administrative onboarding responsibilities such as new hire tracking, paperwork collection, welcome email communications, etc.
• Work closely with Technology, Facilities and Recruitment team to ensure a positive onboarding experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2- 4 years Learning & Development experience required
• Experience with Workday Learning preferred, general LMS experience required
• Certification in DISC, MBTI, Hogan or similar assessment preferred
• Energetic and engaging speaker and facilitator required, certification preferred
• Must have meticulous attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• Agile in change
• Strong situational awareness to understand complex environments with multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter with willingness to learn, take initiative and ask questions when needed
• Able to relate and communicate with others across various personality styles
