This is a Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Learning & Development Manager to support administrative onboarding responsibilities such as new hire tracking, paperwork collection, welcome email communications, etc.
• Serve as back-up facilitating new hire orientation
• Research & support new curriculum development
• Go above and beyond to answer new employee questions with a hospitality mindset
• Maintain management of Workday Learning platform & employee intranet calendar
• Support training logistics
• Prepare training facilitation materials
• Draft communications and marketing materials for HR initiatives
• Monitor completion for required trainings and send reminders as necessary
• Answer questions related to Learning & Development and Workday Learning
• Support general coordination of Learning & Development function
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in Learning & Development, Event Planning, Communications or Hospitality preferred
• Energetic and engaging interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Impressive communicator with excellent grammar and proofreading skills
• Eye for design in creating visually appealing materials
• Must have meticulous attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects while making strong judgements around prioritization
• Self-starter with willingness to learn, take initiative and ask questions when needed
