Full Time Unpaid Internship
The Intern for the Talent Relations and Talent Development departments will have an opportunity to work with one of the key leadership teams of an entrepreneurial and vibrant entertainment company. You will be working on a team that oversees a world class roster of sports entertainers. You will assist in identifying opportunities that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the departments and be involved in the development, testing, execution and tracking of various initiatives. The internship will be designed for someone interested in future opportunities across talent management, strategy or operations.
Responsibilities:
• Organize data, develop insights and deliver findings to teams
• Updating Talent Database with stats, bios, photos, etc.
• Assist in reviewing event materials for Talent (appearance memos)
• Conduct research on ways to recruit Talent for potential hire as a WWE Superstar in various international markets
• Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and track deliverables to ensure goals are met on time
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills; create and communicate executive level communication documents; develop proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Help turn concepts and ideas into new business development opportunities
• Gain a deeper understanding of how an integrated media company operates
• Seek leadership opportunism that challenge current personal capabilities
Qualifications:
• Leadership: utilize strong interpersonal and team building qualities that create momentum around initiatives
• Deconstructed Problem-solving skills. Ability to sharpen, develop and build a diverse problem-solving skillset
• Attention to detail: inspect documents, communication and planning for accuracy
• Demonstrate high levels of personal initiative; foster the above qualities in others
• Strive for concise, clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Professionalism: conduct business in a manner consistent with the values of the WWE
• Ability to work 25 hours a week.
