Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a highly trustworthy, loyal, hardworking professional who is team-oriented, agile, proactive and intuitive. The candidate should be self-confident, and energetic, with a can-do attitude and a good sense of humor. The Executive Assistant will provide professional, confidential support to the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, with key responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Provide full administrative support to the CHRO, including but not limited to, handling phones, calendar management, office aesthetics, filing/e-filing, email correspondence and office supplies
• Book end-to-end travel arrangements for the CHRO and be on-call to ensure completion of individual trips; maintain and track travel preferences
• Reconcile and prepare expense reports and track reimbursements for the CHRO
• Serve as liaison and share information with key departments under management and across business units
• Liaise with key administrative staff, office managers and operations staff across business units forging key working relationships
• Replenish office supplies, maintain, and organize the office and supply room
• Process all invoices for the HR team
• Handle all Employment Verification requests
• Process all Tuition Reimbursement requests
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Plan and organize department-wide meetings and events; Organize department on-site logistics
• Interact with colleagues and visitors in a timely and courteous manner
• Stay up to date on WWE programs, characters, and storylines
• Ad hoc projects and other duties as required
Qualifications
• 4+ years previous experience as an Executive Assistant at the C-Level
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Personal Assistant experience is a plus
• Position will require flexibility and some overtime
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational
• Strong competence in project management; the ability to plan, track and drive projects to successful completion
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and impeccable judgement in business and personal matters
• Ability to complete daily tasks with little to no direction
• Expertise in MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and web research experience
• Ability to handle day-to-day office management with poise and professionalism, and create efficiencies in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Displays professional maturity and calm under pressure
