Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Onboarding
• Craft and send new hire welcome emails
• Monitor submission of new hire paperwork
• Order and maintain new hire swag inventory
• Serve as HR liaison to Technology and Facilities teams for onboarding coordination
• Interface with Payroll to ensure all onboarding actions have been completed and employees will be paid on time
• Welcome employees on their first day and facilitate orientation for director level employees and below
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires
• Internal Communications
• Create initial drafts for internal communications
• Create and post content for internal intranet platform
• Support change management logistics
• Provide logistics support for monthly All Employee Meetings
• Employee Engagement Events
• Provide coordination and planning support for ongoing employee engagement events
• Learning & Development
• Administer Workday Learning platform by creating courses and managing course attendance
• Facilitate technology for virtual training sessions (ie: activate Zoom breakout rooms, monitor hand raising, review incoming questions and provide to facilitator)
• Monitor required training completion and ensure full compliance
• Team Support
• Partner with Legal team to complete initial reviews of employee experience team contracts and track contract renewals
• Schedule meetings for employee experience team with WWE senior leaders as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of experience working in HR, Employee Experience, Marketing, Communications, or Event Management preferred
• A genuine interest in the field of HR and the role HR plays in enabling employees through engagement
• Proven ability to effectively manage logistics and operations
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to relate, communicate and engage with others across various personality styles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong situational awareness
• Must have meticulous attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to change
• Self-starter with willingness to learn, take initiative and ask questions when needed
