WWE's worldwide licensing program builds partnerships with companies around the globe to create products featuring our marks and logos, copyrighted works and characters in diverse categories, including: toys, video games, apparel, housewares, collectibles, sporting goods, books and more.
In the UK, we have 40 licensed partners covering various product categories and we work directly with all major UK retailers to ensure our licensees have the best possible retail placement.
The Senior Coordinator role will be based in London and will commercially and administratively support the 3 Licensing Directors in the EMEA region including: UK (based in London), Europe Ex-UK (based in Munich) and Middle East (based in Dubai). However, primary focus will be on the UK.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Management of key licensees including monthly business reviews, assisting creative direction and reviewing approval submissions
• Contract management of licensees ensuring they are managed effectively and efficiently through to deal completion
• Management of finance including collecting and analysis of all royalty reports and forecasting
• WWE Live tour support including the processing of tickets, organization of personal appearances and taking talent to in-store appearances during Tours at various locations in the UK
• Retail management including monthly retail visits and reports. Mailing case studies to all licensees.
• Management of internal processes including deal trackers, T&E and A&P budgets
• Management of tradeshow and other event support such as BLE and business partner summits including organizing calendars and creative execution
• Regular attendance at trade shows such as Brand Licensing Europe, Spring Fair, Autumn Fair, Publishing fairs and toy Fairs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years' experience of licensing either as a Licensor, Licensee or Licensing Agent
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to an ever-changing retail landscape
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
