Position mission:
To manage the WWE Employee Payroll both Domestically & Internationally. To lead and continue to implement effectiveness and efficiency of the processes in Payroll.
Key accountabilities:
• Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
• Process all funding's for payroll
• Process and review all journal entries related to all payrolls
• Assist in special requests and projects
• Oversee all customer service related to payroll inquiries
• Review and process bonus and equity transactions through payroll
• Review and manage year end W2 processing and annual International Payroll reporting
• Manage and assist in payroll audit requests
• Handle employee garnishments
• Reconcile monthly payroll ledger accounts
• Collaborate with Human Resources
• Maintain and understand state payroll changes and requirements
• Manage onshore staff of 1 and offshore staff of 3
Experience Required:
• 7-10 years experience in ADP (preferably Workforce Now) including ADP reporting
• Experience with processing a multi-jurisdiction payroll
• Knowledge and experience managing International payrolls
• Strong leader with experience managing staff
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent/advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of General Accounting
• Experience with process improvements
• JD Edwards a plus
