This is a Full Time Job
The Director, International Digital Media Operations reports to the Senior Director of International Digital Media, and will oversee digital media accounts across WWE's Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions. The position will require a considerable amount of stakeholder content, marketing, analytical and sales liaison, as well as with U.S. counterparts.
Responsibilities
• Proactively contribute to and execute strategic and tactical plans for digital ad sales and content syndication businesses, addressing technology implementation, sales and supply mix, pricing and deal negotiations, with a primary focus on WWE's EMEA region
• Utilize intelligence and business model expertise in the digital, display, video, mobile and social sectors in decision making, account optimization and internal communications
• Drive incremental business opportunities with new and existing accounts
• Direct performance of digital accounts and implement opportunities through optimization and effective partner management
• Oversee internal resources and stakeholder management in execution of operation plans, outlining resource allocation, technical, legal, marketing and budgetary considerations and executional timeframes of fulfillment
• Prepare detailed digital business cases and recommendations for review and decision with WWE leadership
• Lead key aspects of digital deal optimization and management including resource allocation, strategic and financial assessments, transaction structuring and due diligence
• Provide business development support to global business units in areas of deal evaluation, structuring, and negotiations
• Participate in short and long term strategic digital planning process.
Qualifications
• 5-7 years digital account management experience ideally across multiple territories.
• University Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Deep experience in the digital media space and thorough understanding of competitive landscape and global business environment impacting the display, video, mobile, social advertising and content ecosystem.
• Strong client relationship management and internal stakeholder skills.
• Expertise in analyzing and presenting all relevant market, industry, and company factors to support proactively identifying targets and priorities.
• Track record of success in a fast-paced and extremely dynamic environment with ability to be self-sufficient, proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Brand marketing experience and working in a global or multi-national media business is desired.
• Key global account management experience required.
