WWE has an exciting opportunity for a progressive and creative HR professional to lead both the strategic recruiting and corporate training functions.
We are looking for a progressive leader with a proven track record in talent resources and employee development to lead WWE to its next stage of growth. The ideal candidate must know how to leverage the latest technologies while maintaining the ability to network extensively through personal connections. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to come in and build strategies and programs, guide and grow the recruiting and training functions/staff, and provide tools across the organization so we continue to attract and grow top talent. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with management to understand current and future workforce needs and develop improvements to staffing processes like sourcing and selection
* Lead the effort in staffing up to 200+ positions per year across the company
* Lead and develop a passionate recruiting team and recruiting resources (agencies, job boards, etc.)
* Provide innovative solutions for hard-to-fill requirements
* Meet/ exceed business hiring targets in a timely and consistent fashion
* Use relationships with industry professionals and or organizations to stay current about best practices and sourcing techniques
* Set, track, and present recruitment targets, such as recruiter statistics, time-to-present, time-to-offer, and other metrics
* Recommend supplemental recruiting resources, such as employment agencies
* Personally own all executive searches
* Approve new training techniques and suggest enhancements to existing training programs
* Oversee relationships with vendors to ensure employee participation in outside training programs
* Collaborate with HR generalists to assure the company has a cohesive approach to invest, organize, administer, and track training programs that will improve overall company performance
* Participate as a member of the HR senior leadership team
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in the HR field
* Given the multi-function nature of this position, a range of HR experiences is ideal
* Entertainment/Media/TV industry experience a plus
* Proven track record of working in a fast paced environment and driving results in a talent centric culture
* Strong leadership skills and presence
* Outstanding oral and written communicator
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and computer skills with good understanding of digital/social media
* Proactive, self-motivated team player who is also able to function well with minimal supervision
* Willing and able to be strategic in aligning programs with corporate objectives and also hands-on in executing responsibilities
* Able to work flexible hours and travel for business as needed
* Valid driver’s license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed
* Bachelor degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field of study
