WWE is looking for a highly motivated, organized and creative Producer to join the WWE Digital Production team within WWE Media. Effective candidates for this position will have an extensive knowledge and interest in WWE, know how to shoot, edit and react in real time while in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Split time between WWE HQ in Stamford CT and travel to weekly WWE Television shows.
• Lead productions backstage and in the field with talent.
• Work across departments to manage production schedules for talent, secure filming locations and collaborate with TV Production teammates backstage at TV and in the field.
• Clear communicaton with all team members
• Full post ownership of projects as editor
• Accepts feedback from Sr. Leadership on story and editing, as well as in the field production work
• Properly communicate to Sr. Leadership and relevant team members on production and post process
• Produce content with an emphasis on innovation, emerging technologies and platform specific storytelling
• Ability to travel for field shoots and to weekly TV shows to produce in backstage environment
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of related work experience in the digital video production field
• Experience editing digital content: Podcasts, Short-Form, Long-Form, and Vertical
• Proficient with editing software: Avid, Adobe Premiere and Adobe Suite
• Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking & effective storytelling in video
• Experience in shooting with professional and consumer cameras
• Strong knowledge of digital and social platforms
• Capable of handling and organizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-based environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Knowledge about current and past WWE TV shows, products, talent and storylines
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Film/Media, Digital Media or relevant job experience
