Coordinator, Ufc Music and Licensing

This is a Full Time Job

• Licensing – Quoting Process for 3rd Party Music (including research, gathering/sending assets, and coordinating financial/legal needs with internal UFC parties; Outside Counsel Liaison for 3rd Party licenses); assists Senior Coordinator, WWE Music and Licensing as needed
• Social Media Marketing – Oversees 3rd Party Promo (including copywriting, post scheduling via social media management platforms as needed, and internal UFC coordination for marketing), runs Digital Analytics Reports and Programming Footage Uses regarding campaigns, and manages UFC Music Marketing Decks; works with Senior Coordinator, WWE Music and Licensing for promotion as required
• Music Supervision Assistance – Assists with all requested music supervision-related tasks, including for live opportunities; evaluates new music weekly for pitching with Senior Coordinator, WWE Music and Licensing; submits UFC Programming Pitches for review to Director, Music Marketing & Catalog
• Marketing Asset Management – Responsible for gathering all marketing assets, including WAVs, album artwork, music videos, band photos/logos, and more
• Assistance – Reports to Director, Marketing and Catalog regarding delegated tasks regarding Marketing/Licensing
