This is a Full Time Job
WWE's Media Library Services team is responsible for managing and maintaining WWE's physical and digital library.
We create and update metadata, tag talent, transfer old content and QC footage before it makes its way to our production team. The Media Library Services office is the first stop at WWE for all content, old and new, at the TV Studio!
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Media Library Services team in the absence of Supervisor/Manager
• Assist production with all on/off site media needs
• Archive footage in MassStore Archival System
• Create and update metadata as needed in internal systems
• Provide formatted hard drives to production
• Create unique Filename IDs in Dixon and Google Docs
• Review, evaluate and catalog old footage
• Prepare older footage for transfer
• Maintain and organize all media tape storage
• Handle offsite storage callbacks and deliveries
• Update inventory spreadsheets
• Monitor tape degaussing (erasing)
• Keep current with WWE programming, products, and services
Requirements:
• Work experience in a library a plus
• WWE product knowledge required
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Able to learn systems quickly
• Team player who is willing to pitch in wherever help is needed
• Able to lift boxes up to 50lbs
• Valid Driver's license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed
• Bachelor degree preferred (Communications, Library Science, or related degree a plus)
