Full Time Job
Summary: Based in WWE's Stamford, CT headquarters, the Coordinator will work within the Campaign Management group in the Global Sales & Partnerships division (''GSP''). This role will report to the Director, Campaign Management to assist with cross-platform digital media plan fulfillment for a portfolio of global integrated partnerships. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in flawlessly executing digital campaigns that contribute towards achieving account renewals and long-term revenue growth for high-exposure GSP clients.
Coordinator, Digital Campaign Management - Responsibilities
• Manage campaigns across international and domestic digital and social platforms (.com, mobile, WWE network, WWE social channels, etc.)
• Serve as a digital liaison between internal and external stakeholders including brands and agencies
• Work with internal departments to facilitate digital production shoots including sponsored digital content, custom digital videos and social media content
• Collect and secure all campaign assets and ensure all assets meet WWE specifications
• Traffic client campaign assets via Google Ads Manager
• Monitor campaign performance through 3rd party databases and provide optimizations as needed
• Deploy social media campaigns and optimize spend to hit client goals
• Work with sales team on recap materials and renewal presentations
• Work with marketing team to identify best practices, create case studies, and showcase WWE as a true ''one stop shop''
• Cultivate solid relationships with decision-makers and key staff internally to facilitate execution of partnership needs across multiple WWE departments including; WWE Media, Talent Relations, Television & Content Production, WWE Network and Live Events, among others
• Remain current with WWE corporate initiatives, Superstar Talent and content storylines, in addition to overall sports, entertainment and media industry trends
Qualifications
• 2-4 years experience, media company, sports property or agency preferred
• A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple short-term and long-term priorities for designated accounts
• Demonstrable experience problem-solving and taking a tactical approach to accomplish internal and external client-facing tasks
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
• Willing and able to travel and work outside normal business hours as needed
• Bachelor's Degree
