
Content Publishing Specialist

WWE is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Content Publishing Specialist to support our global network of YouTube channels. In this role, you'll manage the daily publishing workflow-ensuring videos are uploaded, optimized, and performing at their best across multiple branded channels.
A major part of this position also involves monitoring and protecting WWE's intellectual property through YouTube's backend tools and Content ID systems.
We're looking for someone eager to grow within YouTube's ecosystem, proactive in solving problems, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Publish and curate WWE/TKO video content across multiple regions and languages.
• Write, review, and optimize metadata including titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Coordinate and apply custom thumbnail assets.
• Implement and update promotional elements (cards, end screens, playlists, channel modules).
• Execute daily content protection tasks, including Content ID review and video claiming.
• Manage manual actions within YouTube's CMS and track resolution status.
• Work independently during live show coverage and breaking content moments.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital content publishing or platform operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Interest in learning YouTube's Content Management System and understanding content claiming workflows.
• Solid writing skills, including grammar and copy review.
• Strong awareness of digital video, creator culture, and platform trends.
