Title: Analyst, Brand & Marketing Analytics
The Analyst, Brand & Marketing Analytics will support internal stakeholders through qualitative and quantitative analytics, specifically with respect to WWE's brand and marketing businesses. This role will help support business decisions with data-driven insights and analyses, reports and data visualizations, and business applications of WWE internal and 3rd party research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the Brand and Marketing departments to understand business needs, assist in developing the team's learning agenda, and deliver outputs related to topics such as brand health measurement, audience/fan insights, and marketing strategy measurement
• Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to develop reports and actionable insights for business teams
• Partner with other Insights & Analytics team members to produce collaborative cross-functional insights
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and offerings to enhance insights toolkit for brand and marketing businesses; support use of new and existing tools and vendors to resolve issues and drive business value
• Deliver projects and tasks in an accurate and timely manner, while managing priorities across various brand and marketing projects
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of related experience in Analytics or Research
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently, as well as strong analytical ability and sound business judgment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders and partners
• Comfort manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, highly dimensional data from varying sources
• Able to synthesize and communicate qualitative and quantitative insights through data visualization & storytelling
Other Relevant Experience (a plus):
• Understanding of fundamentals of brand & marketing measurement
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data from some or all of the following platforms: Syndicated/3rd party research (e.g. YouGov, Nielsen, comScore, MRI, IPSOS); digital & social media (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Sprinklr, Zoomph, ListenFirst, Talkwalker, SocialBakers, Meltwater, Conviva Social)
• Experience in sports / media / entertainment industries, or with media agency
• Strong Excel (or Sheets) skills including advanced functions and data visualization
• Experience with Business Intelligence & Dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Cognos, Alteryx, etc.)
