Full Time Job
The Analyst, Advertising Analytics will support internal stakeholders through qualitative and quantitative analytics, specifically with respect to WWE's advertising sales and sponsorship business. This role will help support business decisions with data-driven insights and analyses, reports and data visualizations, and business applications of WWE internal and 3rd party research, data science, and advanced analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with various Global Sales & Partnerships business groups, including Sales, Planning, Partnership Marketing, Campaign & Account Management, Strategy & Operations, as well as partners in Finance, Product and Technology to understand business needs, assist in developing the team's learning agenda, and deliver outputs for campaign measurement, audience insights, and sponsorship strategy analytics.
• Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to develop reports and actionable insights for business teams
• Partner with other Insights & Analytics team members to produce collaborative cross-functional insights
• Deliver projects and tasks in an accurate and timely manner, while managing priorities across various brand and marketing projects
• Partner closely with our Data technology team, to ensure GSP data measurement solutions can be formally managed through our product development lifecycle
• Leverage analytics toolkit to build predictive and prescriptive analytic reports to answer business questions
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math/Statistics, Economics, or similar)
• 1-2 years of related experience in Analytics or Research
• Strong Excel (or Sheets) skills including advanced functions and data visualization
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently, as well as strong analytical ability and sound business judgment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders and partners
• Comfort manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, highly dimensional data from varying sources
• Able to synthesize and communicate qualitative and quantitative insights through data visualization & storytelling
• Possess a curious and analytical mindset
Other Relevant Experience (a plus):
• Understanding of fundamentals of brand & marketing measurement
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data from some or all of the following platforms: Syndicated/3rd party research (e.g. YouGov, Nielsen, comScore, MRI, IPSOS); digital & social media (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Sprinklr, Zoomph, ListenFirst, Talkwalker, SocialBakers, Meltwater, Conviva Social)
• Experience in sports / media / entertainment industries, or with media agency
• Experience with Business Intelligence & Dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Cognos, Alteryx, etc.)
• Prior hands-on experience with BI tools and data quality management techniques
