Administrative Assistant - Creative Writing Team
Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks and other related assignments as directed:
• General administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones/emails, scheduling, calendar management and expenses
• Books flights, hotels and all other transportation for SmackDown team and NXT team
• Creates a travel itinerary every week for team
• Provides administrative support and coverage for the Executive Assistant
• Always ''on call''
• Creates a weekly writers list of who's at TV/ out of office
• Make travel changes on weekends/after hours for team
• Work on special projects when needed
• Responsible for ordering Writers room supplies
• Stay up-to-date on WWE programs, storylines, products and Talent
• Organize team offsites as needed
• Set up all new hires
• Coordinate administrative tasks and logistics
• Works closely with travel department
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment working directly with senior-level executives
• Full time hours & on-call availability – unusual hours
• Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management experience is a plus
• Responsible, reliable and trustworthy, with proven track record of working with confidential information
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communications skills both verbal and written with strong sense of tact
• Able to interact well with employees and business partners of all levels and backgrounds
• Self-motivated, strong sense of proactivity and able to work both independently and collaboratively using good business judgement and common sense
• Comfortable working with and maintaining various forms of technology and electronic equipment
• Can-do positive, flexible attitude and demeanor, willingness to roll-up sleeves as needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented but able to multi-task
• Bachelor's degree preferred
