Full Time Job
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall support to four members of the Facilities department including VP, Global Real Estate & Facilities. Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks and other related duties and assignments as directed:
• General administrative duties including but not limited to: calendar management, answering phones, scheduling meetings/conference/video calls, travel coordination/logistics and booking domestic/international travel
• Responsible for internal and external correspondence, processing expense reports and invoices
• Maintain open line of communication with the Chairman's office regarding upcoming and ongoing projects
• Manage facilities newsflash announcements
• Provide a trust worthy relationship with different departments & be reliable
• Work closely with the CFO's office to provide day-to-day support as needed
• Coordinating prep materials for meetings
• Provide backup administrative support for team support staff
• Serve as a liaison with other departments and outside organizations
• Conducting research on timely requests and maintain a general awareness of the WWE brand
• Performing other job-related duties and projects as assigned
• Management of assigning Facilities tasks, including continuous upkeep, diligently checking for accuracy and proper communication of information
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Power Point and, Excel)
• Ability to analyze data, research information and problem-solve in a timely manner
• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• The ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, adaptable, collaborative and be able
