Administrative Assistant, Consumer Products
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to Consumer Products management team
• General office duties, including but not limited to, handling incoming calls, distributing mail, faxes, scanning, ordering lunch for meetings, ordering office supplies and calendar management
• Reconcile department credit card monthly statement and process
• Handle tickets requests to live events for clients
• Assist with promotional product orders for other departments and clients
• Put together gift bags/boxes from sample closet as needed
• Book end-to-end travel arrangements for Consumer Products Directors and above
• Reconcile and prepare expense reports
• Develop and maintain a time-off schedule for the Consumer Products Team
• Assist with logistics of the company's annual WrestleMania and SummerSlam Events for the Consumer Products Group
• Stay up-to-date on WWE programs, storylines, products, and Talent
• Ad hoc projects and other duties as required
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment
• Able to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday-Friday, plus off-hours/overtime as needed
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Project management experience a plus
• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy, with proven track record of working with confidential information
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with strong sense of tact
• Able to interact well with employees and business partners of all levels and backgrounds
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work well both independently and collaboratively using good business judgment and common sense
• Can-do, positive, flexible attitude and demeanor, and willing to roll up sleeves as needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, but also able to multi-task
• Bachelor degree required
