Personal Assistant to two Executives
Two high level executives at World of Wonder seeking Personal Assistant. Looking for a self starter and an excellent communicator-- someone who can anticipate needs with a no-task-too-small attitude. Must have 2+ years of work experience in Film/TV, at a production company, studio, agency, or network. Must have previously worked as a Personal Assistant.
DUTIES:
-Coordinate daily with Executive Assistant to manage schedules
-Provide daily administrative support
-Support household: create calendars, arrange extracurricular activities, interface with family
-Manage homes: track utilities, repairs, renovations
-Organize personal finances with CFO
-Plan domestic and international travel arrangements as necessary
-Handle Executive needs as they arise (last minute requests/changes, errands, gift giving, tasks)
-Keep rolodex of Executives' important contacts, vendors
-Be in constant contact with Executives, remind them of upcoming meetings/appointments
-Work with key staff at World of Wonder
QUALIFICATIONS
-2+ years of work experience at a production company, studio, agency, or network
-Strategic thinker, able to juggle and seamlessly prioritize one task over another
-Fearless, competent communicator: great on the phone, over email/text
-Aptitude for managing heavy phone and email correspondence
-Ability to work seamlessly across multiple time zones
-Meticulously organized and detail oriented
-Proficiency in Google suite: Drive, Calendar, Gmail
-Must have a valid CA driver's license and be comfortable driving around Los Angeles
-Must be good with children and dogs
