JOB OPENING:
Executive assistant to two high-level Executives. Searching for someone who is interested in unscripted media & all things World of Wonder. Job duties range between providing general administrative support to completing daily personal tasks. Minimum of 2-year experience at an agency, studio, production company or network is required.
This is not an entry-level or starter position, job details are listed further below.
DUTIES:
• Managing busy calendars and phones for two high-level Executives
• Assisting with day-to-day personal tasks
• Filing, organizing, storing, and retrieving documents and reference materials
• Assisting with special projects and events
• Provide daily executive and administrative support
• Roll calls and manage incoming calls
• Coordinate domestic and foreign travel arrangements as necessary
• Handle executive needs as they arise (incidental weekend requests, schedule / travel changes)
• Work with key production and development staff
• Coordinate daily with personal assistant to manage household tasks, personal calendars and school calendars.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Two years of work experience at an agency, studio, production company or network
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Strategic thinker and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Solid problem-solving skills, with ability to think on your feet
• Aptitude for managing heavy phone and email correspondence
• Ability to work seamlessly across multiple time zones
• Must have a valid CA driver's license
• Must be comfortable with dogs.
