Job Summary
The Wondros Office Assistant position is a hybrid role consisting of office-based administrative tasks, reception duties assisting the Office Manager and HR, and PA runs and errands around Los Angeles. This is an amazing opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn about media production and ad agency.
The ideal Office Assistant is aware of office needs before they arise, swift in their execution and prioritization of tasks, resourceful in their problem solving, and most importantly - has a great attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good phone etiquette, experience with multi-line phone system
- Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance
- Comfortable using their personal car for office errands (mileage reimbursement provided), comfortable moving multiple cars throughout the day in our parking lot
- Must be organized and able to multi-task under pressure
- Must be comfortable around dogs
Looking for someone willing to hustle, with a great attitude and a ''no-task-too-small'' mindset. Grocery runs, lunch pickups, stocking kitchen and supply rooms, assistant Office Manager with phones, scheduling and guest relations at the front desk.
Salary DOE, full-time with benefits for the right candidate.
