Program Manager, Ad Measurement, Wondery
We are seeking a passionate and experienced program manager to join the Wondery Ad Measurement team. In this role, you will own end-to-end execution of ad measurement studies, sales enablement, and vendor management. You are joining a growing team, and will play an important role in defining new processes and mechanisms to help us scale our offering. You will be both sales and client-facing, and earning trust will be a critical component of your success in this role. You will report directly to the Head of Ad Measurement on the Integrated Marketing team, and will have a high level of visibility across the sales organization. Primary responsibilities include:
Key job responsibilities
• End-to-end ownership of measurement study execution including study set-up, results analysis, and presentation to clients.
• Sales enablement including training and educating sales teams on measurement capabilities and being the primary point of contact for measurement questions.
• Vendor management including training vendors on Wondery standards and being the primary point of contact to facilitate study execution between vendors and Sales.
• Internal tracking and process development including building new mechanisms for how to execute, track, and manage measurement projects at Wondery.
A day in the life
The right person for this role has extensive experience with advertising effectiveness measurement. This person will enjoy diving deep into ad impact data from brand, web, and sales-related KPIs. This person will be able to analyze data, build a story around data, and provide internal and external stakeholders with actionable insights. This person will be knowledgeable about ad measurement methodologies, capabilities, and vendors, and will be the primary POC for all ad measurement questions from sales and client teams.

Qualifications
• 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
