Head Of Podcast Ad Production, Wondery

We are looking for a Head of Podcast Ad Production. This person will work cross-functionally across both internal and external stakeholders to bring podcast advertising to life. They will manage a team that is tasked with being the liaison between shows, agencies, and brands to make sure each host is educated on their advertisers and the brand's message flows through to the final product. They manage a team of Ad Producers, focusing on the project management of partner show ad spots and inventing and simplifying the process of creating podcast ads for scale. They also manage the Ad Production Coordinator team. The AP Coordinator team is responsible for airchecks, personal experience with the hosts, and data entry amongst other tasks. The AP Coordinator has a career path into becoming an Ad Producer.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage a team of ad producers & coordinators
- Coordinate creative asset production and delivery between clients and podcast hosts
- Traffic and QA creatives to ensure high-quality ads
- Troubleshoot creative issues
- Manage workflow of creatives to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns have successful outcomes
- Partner closely with Sales Operations and Campaign Management teams to monitor creative implementation and execution
- Build customer relationships, acting as day-to-day point of contact during post-sales cycle
- Manage workflows and update to better suit the needs of the team and the overall sales organization
- Copywrite as needed

Qualifications

- 7 years of team management experience
- - 7 years of program management, project management, and experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- - 7 years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
