WONDERY is seeking a dynamic coordinator to join our Current Series team. You will play a key role in supporting Wondery's content pipeline across our suite of always-on and seasonal shows. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational and people skills and a passion for storytelling. Strong writing and editing skills a plus. Potential to grow into an associate producer role.
Responsibilities include:
Work with show producers, writers and hosts to create and assign production schedules on a show by show basis, from series concept to final mix delivery
Manage scheduling and logistics for The Next Big Idea and Imagined Life
Book talent, schedule studios and tape syncers as needed
Coordinate scripting, recording, audio editing and final delivery of always-on episode promos in collaboration with show producers and Ad Ops team
Collect, edit and submit episode descriptions
Upload episodes to Art19
Complete contract requests for new writers
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in administrative/organizational support
Strong organization and project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of and interest in Wondery's original ''always on'' podcasts
