About the Role:
The Executive Assistant to the Founder and Chief Content Officer will be responsible for performing numerous administrative duties, as well as have visibility across studio operations. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic production company. The ideal candidate will be based in Los Angeles.
Day to Day:
• Manage day to day deliverables from internal company executives across all internal departments
• Work closely with Coordinator to build schedule around creative needs & stay on track for deadlines; rolling calls, coordinating with other studios, fielding inbound requests based around priorities
• Read scripts & write coverage, track feedback needed on other projects
• Handle Chief Content Officer's corporate finances, travel calendar and booking, and daily prioritization of schedule
• Be available and accessible to Chief Content Officer according to his location and timezone
What you bring to the table:
• At minimum 1 year on set, working as an assistant or intern in the industry
• Confident leader with a fierce passion for film and TV & a desire to create
• Detail oriented with strong writing & communication skills
• BFA in Film Production
• Proficient in Final Draft, Miro, Adobe, Google Drive
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $65,000
• Equity participation in management option pool (Series A company)
