Publicist Assistant

LA/NY Entertainment Top Tier Public Relations Firm, seeks a Publicists' assistant for their Los Angeles office. This position is currently remote, but will transition to an in-office position in the near future. Only local applicants need to apply.
Minimum one year of experience in entertainment publicity required but will consider internships, agency or management experience. Daily tasks include heavy email correspondence, servicing press breaks, drafting memos, coordinating travel, appearances, and creating schedules for press commitments on behalf of high-profile television and film clients. Ideal candidates must have a passion for the entertainment industry, strong communication and writing skills, be resourceful and able to adapt quickly, and is a team player.
