Publicist Assistant

New York Boutique Entertainment Public Relations Firm, with A-Level clients, seeks a publicist's assistant. Minimum one year of experience in publicity required from either a public relations firm or a studio. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment. Daily tasks include answering and rolling calls, heavy email correspondence, servicing press breaks, drafting memos and schedules for press commitments on behalf of A-list television and film clients. Candidates must be hard working, positive, work well under pressure and with others, eager to learn, and well organized. Superior time management skills a must. Excellent benefits.
