Hollywood Entertainment Public Relations Firm, with A-Level clients, seeks a coordinator/ executive assistant to work for partner out of Los Angeles. Minimum two years of experience at either a PR Firm, management company, agency or studio. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Daily tasks include heavy email correspondence, scheduling/logistics, servicing press breaks, proofreading and drafting bios, and drafting memos and schedules for press commitments on behalf of A-list film, music and television clients. Must be able to jump into new tasks and take initiative when appropriate. Especially as the company is currently working remotely, candidates must have exceptional communication and organizational skills, work ethic, and initiative. Discretion is essential. The company is comprised of hard working, team-oriented individuals; candidates who are eager to learn, work as part of a team, and take on new tasks will thrive. Excellent benefits.
