WME is seeking a Product Director, Agent, Bookings & Live Touring Platforms to lead the design and delivery of the systems that power the agency's commercial core.
This is a high-impact, single-threaded IC role for a hands-on, technically fluent product leader who can translate complex, high-stakes workflows into simple, connected systems that agents and assistants rely on every day. You will work directly with engineers, designers, and business leaders to modernize WME's commercial operations - making dealmaking faster, reducing manual work, and embedding actionable insights directly in the tools our teams use to run the business.
The role reports to WME's SVP, Product & Engineering, based in Los Angeles.
Position Summary
As the end-to-end product owner for WME's Agent, Bookings & Live Touring Platforms, you will define how deals are made, managed, and measured across the agency.
You will oversee three interconnected applications that enable this work:
• Agent Workspace - the daily environment for agents and assistants to manage clients and projects.
• Bookings & Deals - the deal execution layer for contracts, rights, and royalties.
• Live Touring - the system for routing, settlements, and real-time performance visibility.
Together, these platforms form the workflow layer and commercial backbone of WME - where every client, project, booking, and tour comes together.
Your work will unify systems, eliminate redundancies, and accelerate the pace of dealmaking across the agency. You will create tools that set the industry benchmark for how artists and their teams plan, execute, and grow - driving measurable efficiency, profitability, and insight across the business.
Responsibilities
• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of WME's Agent, Bookings & Live Touring Platforms, spanning Agent Workspace, Bookings & Deals, and Live Touring.
• Translate complex business processes - including client management, deal creation, touring logistics, and settlements - into structured, scalable digital systems.
• Partner directly with engineering, design, data, finance, and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions that simplify workflows and unlock automation.
• Collaborate with the Data & Intelligence Platform team to embed insights, recommendations, and forecasting capabilities throughout the agent and touring experience.
• Lead product discovery for new digital tools that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across divisions.
• Align stakeholders across departments to define shared success metrics - including adoption, deal velocity, and operational efficiency - and use data to drive prioritization.
• Operate as a single-threaded owner, sequencing priorities, defining requirements, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Represent the voice of agents and assistants, ensuring the systems built are intuitive, performant, and visibly valuable in daily work.
Requirements
• 8–12 years of Product Management experience with a focus on enterprise workflow, CRM, or operational systems.
• Proven success building or evolving end-to-end commercial or revenue platforms that unify legacy systems.
• Strong technical fluency, with the ability to work directly with engineers on architecture, APIs, and data design.
• Deep understanding of the deal lifecycle - from client management through contracting, routing, and settlement.
• Experience integrating financial, legal, and operational data into cohesive product ecosystems.
• A systems thinker who thrives in complexity and is passionate about empowering others to move faster with higher quality.
• Exceptional ability to simplify complexity - mapping manual workflows into intuitive, automated systems.
• Skilled communicator and collaborator, capable of bridging business, design, and technical priorities.
• Demonstrated success delivering in lean, agile, and fast-paced environments.
• Background in entertainment, media, live touring, or related industries strongly preferred.
