Job Title: Assistant, Digital Marketing
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
The Assistant, Digital Marketing supports the VP of Digital Marketing and helps manage WME’s social media strategy. The role involves content creation, campaign support, account management, analytics, and collaboration with talent agents and creatives to maintain and grow digital presence for the agency and its clients.
Responsibilities
• Develop and curate original content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Monitor and manage multiple social media accounts, responding to audience interactions
• Assist with campaign planning aligned with talent launches or strategic initiatives
• Track and analyze social media performance, generate insights and recommendations
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates
• Collaborate with agents to reflect individual client branding
• Engage with communities to build brand loyalty
• Work with designers and videographers to create multimedia assets
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management
• Proficiency in management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later)
