Required Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in sponsorship account management (agency or client-side)
• Experience with global sports or music sponsorships
• Strong project management and client relationship skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Experience
• Experience managing at least one direct report
• Familiarity with league/team operations and global sponsorship rights
• Surf industry experience
• Experience working with internal and external agency teams
• Portuguese language proficiency (preferred but not required)

Location: New York (Park Ave South)
At 160/90, the Partnerships team helps clients develop and execute integrated marketing programs across global markets.
The Account Manager will oversee the activation of a client’s global sponsorship initiatives, especially in surf, combat sports, and music. Responsibilities include leading internal and external stakeholder communications, creating activation plans and presentations, coordinating global initiatives, and managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage global sports and music sponsorships day-to-day
• Interface with clients, agencies, and partners
• Lead activation planning and execution
• Create POVs, activation plans, and presentations
• Develop project timelines and deliverables
• Manage internal teams and creative briefs
• Coordinate global activations and communications
• Measure sponsorship ROI
• Support onsite event activations
• Potential management of junior staff
