Commericial Agent

This is a Full Time Job

Seeking an immediate hire to head and develop our rapidly growing successful Commercial division. Looking for an experienced agent or manager who is highly motivated, a self-starter and team player to develop the current roster in addition to scouting new talent.

Qualifications:

• Extremely strong communication skills--both written & verbal
• Adept at quickly learning new processes, technology, and ability to assimilate oneself and become familiar with existing systems
• Excel at problem solving
• A proactive self-starter/team player
• Effective at prioritizing and multi-tasking
• Knowledge of Casting Networks & Casting Frontier a MUST
• Extremely outgoing, confident and possess lots of patience along with a sense of humor

Responsibilities:

• Direct contact with casting offices, producers and clients
• Administrative duties (setting appointments, handling scheduling, billing, data entry)
• Extremely Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe--creating & maintaining spreadsheets and forms
• Occasional coverage of Owner's desk

Salary: Commission 50/50 split - with a solid client list
