Audio and Localization Scheduling Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Seeking Audio/Localization Scheduling Coordinator to help schedule audio and localization finishing work. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of files and media assets on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage video and audio finishing work on studio/network television projects as well as indie features
Schedule audio bays, localization orders and audio/video deliverables work for assigned accounts
Track projects and manage media using spreadsheets and scheduling software
Maintain oversight of projects (via email after hours and weekends if necessary)
Create and maintain project documentation and workflow
Provide the highest level service to our clients while working well with fellow team members

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in an audio or post finishing facility, studio, network or production environment as a scheduler, post coordinator, post supervisor or deliverables assist
Excellent understanding of audio finishing workflows (Dolby Atmos project experience a plus)
Strong organizational, budget and project management skills
Ability to schedule multiple projects and work under deadlines
Familiarity with Pro Tools, Avid, Premiere and Resolve projects a plus
Experience with Excel, Word and Google docs
Understanding of various file formats and codecs including Pro Res, H.264, MP4, .wav, etc.
Strong customer/client and team member skills
