Spring Intern - Script Reader

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Award-winning Independent Production Company Whitewater Films seeks a student for an Unpaid Remote Reader Internship for the 2025 Spring Semester. You must be able to receive college credit for the internship. Screenwriting and film school students with a focus on screenwriting will be given priority consideration.

Flexible start date but preferably no later than the week of January 21st. Internship will be remote 2 days per week, ideally through May 15th. Flexible hours are possible - will accommodate student schedules.

Ideal candidate is able to:
• Follow instructions and time management guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills.
• Cover written pitches and screenplays with opinionated, well-thought-out feedback.
• Communicate directly with writers via professional and constructive written response.
• Educate and encourage writers with suggestions to improve material.
• Send supervisor written updates at the end of each working day.
