Intern - Production Company

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Award-winning Independent Production Company Whitewater Films seeks a student for an Unpaid Remote Internship. You must be able to receive credit for the internship with your school. Film school students with a producing focus will be given priority consideration.

Flexible start date as early as January 4th, 2024 and no later than the week of January 22nd. Internship will be 1 fully remote day per week from January through May 1(tentative end date).

During your work hours, you will be the primary point of contact for all administrative inbound and outbound aspects for the Producer-Executive that include:
• Calendar management
• Setting and scheduling meetings
• Drafting correspondence on behalf of the Executive
• Preparing meeting briefs
• Social media management
• Taking notes during meetings
• Drafting follow up reports after external meetings
• Completing research briefs on industry professionals and projects
• Digital organizing within Google Suite

The right candidate will:
• Be intuitive, self-directed, and able to balance competing priorities
• Be able to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
• Be an excellent communicator
• Have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Have a great attitude and high level of enthusiasm

Computer literacy to include: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, IMDb, LinkedIN, MAC proficiency preferred
