This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Award-winning Independent Production Company Whitewater Films seeks a student for an Unpaid Remote Internship. You must be able to receive credit for the internship with your school. Film school students with a producing focus will be given priority consideration. Seeking candidates who are interested in a career as a Creative Executive or Producer.

Flexible start date beginning on or about April 11, 2023. Internship will be 2 fully remote half-days per week from late spring through late summer, ideally through September 1 (tentative end date). During your work hours, you will be:

The primary point of contact for all administrative inbound and outbound aspects for the Producer-Executive that include:
-calendar management
-setting and scheduling meetings
-drafting correspondence on behalf of the Executive
-preparing meeting briefs
-taking notes during meetings
-drafting follow up reports after external meetings
-completing research briefs on industry professionals and projects
-digital organizing within Google Suite

The right candidate will:
-be intuitive, self-directed, and able to balance competing priorities
-be able to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
-be an excellent communicator
-have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
-have a great attitude and high level of enthusiasm

Computer literacy to include: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, IMDb, LinkedIN, MAC proficiency preferred
